The property seemed fairly clean and the room was great modern. The staff were superfriendly and excellent and provided help. The location was marvellous, a few steps away from Its. Appreciated the rooftop bar.

The water pressure was not great and caused inconvenience.

Beautiful building and rooms with great views. Unbeatable location close to a train station with views of the sunset. Also - just off the metro line as well as the center of town.

The room was well decorated with a nice bed and a hairdryer, a bidet, and robes in the bathroom.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak, made me a little nervous.

My family members and I appreciated being there. The staff helped with check out. The location was marvellous, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Palacio Sotto Mayor. I also went to city centre, located not very far from the hotel.

The restaurant was excellent at the top floor here, I had light dishes. I had a great bedroom and a splendid view of the skyline.

Stayed in the club rooms and what a disappointment the club lounge was. Very dark and dismal with a poor choice of snacks. Would have thought this 5 star hotel could have done better. Suggest someone from the hotel should try the corinthia club lounge and see how it should be done.

The breakfast is rich with a wide array of dishes. The room is fashionable and fully-equipped, that is important to us. The staff are supper friendly and the location is great and decent in the central business district which is a 5 € taxi or Uber from the tourist area.

During our recent stay at the Sheraton, we were blown away by the incredible attention to detail. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and had an amazing view of the city. The meals in the lobby restaurant were top-notch, and the service was impeccable. We also loved the Panorama Restaurant and Bar for its breathtaking evening views of Lisbon. The hotel's location on a major avenue with easy access to local transportation was a major plus.

Breakfast doesn't have any diversity. Bathroom’s door suddenly broke down & I was in a very dangerous situation with all glasses on me, the staff came immediately. We expected some kind of makeup but just manager’s verbal apologizing !!!!!!

We were in Lisbon for our honeymoon. The hotel was very comfortoble for us. While booking, we mentioned that we were a honeymoon couple and we would be happy if they book a room with a good view on upper floors. They did it. And also, when we went in the room, there was a nice surprise for us: a bottle of champagne. Thanks Sheroton Lisboa.

Its location to the downtown/old town is not great. But it is just 10 minutes away by taxi. The water in bathroom was not very strong and it was thin. Expensive internet connection.
